Human resource practices and organizational performance amidst Covid-19 pandemic

This study aims to determine if there is a significant relationship between human resource practices and organizational performance amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. In this study, the researchers used the correlation method and design. The researcher tested two variables to determine the significant relationship between the two variables. This research included employees from CFARBEMPCO in Tibungol, Panabo, and Davao del Norte. The study includes 24 employees from the CFARBEMPCO cooperative. The study utilized the mean and Pearson-r statistics. The computed r-value is 0.280, which corresponds to the P-value of 0.185, which is greater than 0.05. It indicates that the null hypothesis was not rejected. According to the findings, there is no significant relationship between human resource practices and organizational performance among selected employees in the CFARBEMPCO cooperative during the COVID-19 pandemic.
