Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the relationship between the human capital management Human Resource Practices which include training, performance appraisal, career planning, employee participation, job definition, compensation, selection and employee’s job performance in MAGSIGE Cooperative Panabo City. To find the influence of Human resource practices on employees job performance within MAGSIGE Cooperative Panabo City. This is a survey based research study. Data validity was guaranteed through assessment of the instrument by the panels and research adviser, and data reliability was ensured through study of Cronbach's Alpha. Data are collected through questionnaires. Sample size was (n=80); therefore, descriptive statistics, correlation and regression analysis have been used. The findings demonstrated that MAGSIGE Cooperative in Panabo City uses best management practices to ensure that people execute efficiently and effectively in their jobs. The results revealed that job performance along with the level of human resource procedures both received overall means of 4.47, which are both considered to be very high. In addition, Human resource practices are highly correlated with each other and also correlated with employees’ job performance in MAGSIGE Cooperative Panabo City.
