Online shopping decision and customer satisfaction among college students in one of the tertiary schools in Panabo City

This study aimed to determine the relationship between online shopping decision and customer satisfaction the respondents of this research among college students in one of the tertiary schools in Panabo City were 120 students of second year BSBA of UM Panabo College. The researchers used descriptive-correlation method and random sampling technique in determining the number of respondents. The statistical tools used were mean and Pearson-r. The results revealed that the level of online shopping decision in UM Panabo College in terms of product quality, price and quality, security and time, and information availability were all high. For the level of customer satisfaction in UM Panabo in terms of merchandise, customer experience and delivery was yielded as high level result. Lastly, it was found out that there was a positive significant in UM Panabo College with a P-value of 0.00 and r-value 0.713. It means that the second-year BSBA students of UM Panabo College were capable of making decision in purchasing items via an online or mobile app store.
