Abstract
Organizational culture can be determined as the right way to behave within the organization. Understanding a different culture could help us have a deep understanding of diversity, and we can be able to learn how to respect other people’s perceptions. Satisfied employees mean they are happy; these individuals are motivated to achieve success. This study focuses on providing essential information pertaining to an organizational culture that impacts employee retention. The organization's policies, practices, principles, and work environment createits culture. Employees that are satisfied and productive in their work are essential in profits for the organization. The study uses correlational research design to determine if there is correlational or no correlational among the variables, which are the organizational culture and employee satisfaction. The respondents surveyed were the different BPO employees within Davao City only. The number of different BPO employees surveyed is 100. The study shows how organizational culture affects employee satisfaction.
