Online purchase perception among government employees during COVID-19
Abstract
The main objective of this study is determined the online purchase perception among government employees during covid-19 according to of risk perception, website orientation, and value orientation. Specifically, it sought to answer the following question on what is the profile of the respondents in terms of age, sex, and income The researchers used descriptive research methods and used stratified random sampling in conducting the study by distributing questionnaires about collecting and gathering data for the study. The data were collected and treated statistically using the Mean, Kruskal Wallis Test, and Mann Whitney U. The total respondents of the survey are 100 government employees. In terms of Online Purchase Decisions, web orientation got the highest mean. This means that government employees‟ perception when purchasing online is greatly affected by the website orientation. And the lowest mean is Risk Perception. This means that respondents consider such risk when purchasing online.
