This study sought to determine the significant relationship between the two presented variables as follows: multiculturalism factors as an independent variable and organizational performance as a dependent variable. These variables are composed of indicators such as employee religion, employee value system, and employee language under independent variables, while indicators such as economic performance and operational performance are under dependent variables. This quantitative research used causal-comparative as a research design in order to find out the main purpose of this study, particularly the effect of multiculturalism factors on organizational performance using the indicators provided by the researchers. Accordingly, to conduct the survey for this study, the researchers provided a modified adaptive questionnaire for the 100 total employee respondents in BPO companies. Thus, based on the results and findings of this study, it was found that there is an existing relationship between the two given variables. Hence, there is a significant effect of multiculturalism factors on organizational performance in BPO companies.
