This study aims to determine the significant difference in Automobile aftersales service: Satisfaction among selected customers during the pandemic in Davao City when age, gender, civil status, and monthly income are considered. The descriptive research design was used as a quantitative technique by the researchers to assess the significant difference in after-sales service among customers when profiled. The study's respondents were 200 purposefully chosen customers of brand-new cars. The frequency and percentage, mean, and Kruskal Wallis statistics were used to analyze and interpret the data. The results show that selected car owners in Davao City were extremely satisfied during the pandemic. As a result, based on the indicators analyzed according to status, there was no significant difference in the level of satisfaction among selected car owners during the pandemic. However, there were significant differences found in the areas of sex, age, and income.
