Abstract
This study aims to determine the impact of a sustainable workplace among BPO employees in VXI Davao City amidst the pandemic. The researchers used adapted questionnaires. The researchers conducted a random sampling method survey of VXI employees with 200 respondents to determine if there was a significant difference in the level of sustainable workplace towards BPO employees amidst the pandemic. The data was collected and treated statistically using mean and ANOVA to give significantly different results. Based on the level of sustainable workplace towards VXI employees amidst the pandemic, as a result, the overall mean was 4.33 with a standard deviation of 0.51, respectively, described very high, which means that indicators are perceived highly sustainable amidst the pandemic. Moreover, it was concluded that there was no significant difference in the level of sustainable workplace towards BPO employees amidst the pandemic when analyzed according to the profile. The researchers recommended that organizations must work to adapt and respond to a new environment to be sustainable in the current, quickly changing environment, prioritize transparent communication, and establish a comprehensive pandemic response plan, as employees are the leading performers in organizational transformation.
