Abstract
This study aimed to determine if there is a significant difference between the level of Financial Valuation of Real Estate Developers when interpreted according to financial valuation. This study's theoretical and conceptual framework comprises planning and development anchored on the theory. The survey was conducted based on real estate developers' experience in purchasing properties. The research method in the study was the quantitative method Mann-Whitney U(non-parametric test) and P-value test. A total of 9 real estate developers in Davao city were surveyed and interpreted. It is determined that there is no significant difference between the level of Financial Valuation of Real Estate Developers when developers are interpreted. The findings and the results would be beneficial for real estate developers.
