This study examines customer satisfaction with online food delivery services among university working students in Davao City. The research investigates the factors influencing satisfaction, including service quality, convenience, cost-effectiveness, and delivery time. By analyzing the preferences and experiences of working students who utilize these services, the study aims to identify key determinants of satisfaction and potential areas for improvement. A mixed-methods approach, incorporating both quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews, was used to gather data from a representative sample of university students engaged in part-time or full-time work. The findings highlight the importance of prompt service, user-friendly platforms, and affordable pricing in shaping overall customer satisfaction. The study concludes by offering recommendations to food delivery service providers for enhancing customer experience, with particular emphasis on the unique needs of university working students in urban environments.
