Factors influencing the adoption of e-wallets among youth in Mintal Davao City

The primary purpose of this study was to identify the elements that influence e-wallet adoption. The researchers employed a standardized, expert-validated questionnaire. The data were collected and analyzed using frequency, mean, and Kruskal-Wallis to provide a significant outcome. The Convenience received a significant overall mean score of 4.32. With an overall mean of 4.06, budgeting is ranked second, and security is ranked third with an overall mean of 3.80. With an aggregate mean of 3.84, the prizes come in fourth place. With an overall mean of 4.32, perceived usefulness comes in fifth place. The perceived ease of use has an overall mean score of 4.17. All the outcomes received the descriptive equivalent of an extremely high score, indicating that the respondent strongly agreed. There is no significant correlation between age, gender, work status, monthly income, and e-wallet usage. According to the findings, customers with a favorable opinion regarding the technology are more likely to utilize mobile wallets.
