Abstract
Customer Satisfaction toward GCash as a payment method is a vital aspect among all GCash users. The level of customer satisfaction depends on users experience in the context of services, convenience, and security. This study aimed to determine the significant difference in the level of customer satisfaction of the respondents when grouped according to their profiles Both frameworks (theoretical/conceptual) of this academic study are composed of the variables and indicators in the level of customer satisfaction in terms of: (1) Customer Service; (2) Convenience; and (3) Safety and Security which is being anchored on a theory. The survey was conducted via Google forms and was able to find answers towards the level of customer satisfaction of the GCash users, specifically when grouped according to their profile. The research method approach that was used in this study is the quantitative method. A total of 50 respondents of GCash users. Furthermore, according to the data gathered, there is no significant difference between the level of customer satisfaction of the respondents when grouped according to their profile, thus failing to reject the null hypothesis. The discovery and outcome ought to be favorable for the consumers, GCcash management, and future researchers for this same study.
