This quantitative study discussed the linked between financial literacy and academic success of accounting students. This study aimed to determine the link between Financial Literacy and Academic Success of Accounting Students in UM Tagum College. Specifically, it aimed to determine the level of financial literacy in terms of financial concept knowledge, ability to communicate about financial concepts, managing personal finances, skill in making appropriate financial decisions, and confidence in planning effectively for future financial needs; the level of academic success in terms of finance course grade. Also, this study aimed to determine which domain of financial literacy significantly influences academic success. Using a descriptive-correlation approach to gather data, the researchers identified the level of financial literacy, level of academic success, significant relationship between financial literacy and academic success, and domain in financial literacy that significantly influences academic success. The results revealed that the two variables are positively correlated and have a significant relationship at a 0.05 level of significance. Moreover, there is a domain in financial literacy that significantly influences academic success. It includes Financial concept knowledge and ability to communicate about financial concepts. However, the managing personal finances, skill in making appropriate financial decisions, and confidence in planning effectively for future financial needs aspect does not significantly influence customer satisfaction.
