In today's world, competition is tight among business enterprises. The internal area of management, specifically inventory and handling, is given heavy regard. It then focuses on whether inventory management influences the performance of the entity. This study aims to determine if there is a significant relationship between inventory management and the business performance of merchandising entities in Panabo City. The research design used in this study is correlational. The researcher tested two variables to determine a significant relationship among them. The chosen respondents of the study totaled 230 employees of merchandising establishments in Panabo City. The usage of statistical tools in this study is to determine inventory management and business performance. T-Test to determine the significant relationship between the variables; Pearson-R to determine the domain of inventory management that significantly influences the business performance. The results generated show a significant relationship between inventory management and business performance. It signifies that inventory management is a significant driver in facilitating business performance.
