Abstract

This study aimed to find out ways to efficiently manage traffic and effectively reduce to a minimum level the severe strain in traffic and transport predicament experienced in the city and contribute to the harmonization of the ultimate goal: easing, cutting and eliminating the built-in cost that attributes traffic domain. Furthermore, to establish a management plan on how to implement such program.
