Abstract
The general objective of this study is to establish the relationship of hotel attributes on the guest satisfaction of hotels in Tagum City. Quantitative design, utilizing the descriptive-correlation technique was used to survey 400 respondents in four hotels in Tagum City. Random sampling was used to determine the participants of the study to evaluate the level of hotel attributes and guest satisfaction in Tagum City. Mean and Pearson- r were used in the study. The level of hotel attributes in Tagum City is high. The level of guest satisfaction in Tagum City is very high. Lastly, there is no significant relationship between hotel attributes and guest satisfaction of Hotels in Tagum City.
