This quantitative study dealt with the quality control among food and beverage service establishments in Tagum City. The primary goal of this study was to determine the level of quality control among food and beverage service establishments in Tagum City and to seek answers to be able to formulate an action plan based on the result of the study. Utilizing a non-experimental descriptive study with a total number of 200 respondents who were customers in food and beverage service establishments in Tagum City, which employed a random sampling in the distribution of the questionnaire. The statistical used for the data treatment was mean. Results revealed a high level of quality control in terms of food quality, service quality, employee performance, and sustainability. The study showed an overall rating of high which means that quality control among food and beverage service establishments in Tagum City is much evident. Furthermore, acknowledging the aforementioned implications, recommendations, and action plan for the quality control among food and beverage service establishments in Tagum City are presented.
