The Motivational Factors plays an important function in the Performance of Employees. This study was conducted to determine the level of Motivational Factors and Employee’s Performance of Fast-Food Chains in Tagum City. Moreover, to determine if there is a significant relationship between the motivational factors and employee performance of fast-food chains and to determine which of the domains in motivational factors significantly influence employee’s performance of fast-food chains in Tagum city. The total number of respondents involved in the online survey were 146 employees of Fast-food Chains in Tagum City. This research uses a quantitative, non-experimental research design using a correlation technique. Mean, Pearson (r), Multiple regression analysis and Ethical Considerations was used as statistical tools for the data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between Motivational Factors and Employees Performance. Lastly, the domains in Motivational Factors which is the salary and wages, promotion and recognition, working environment, training and development significantly influence Employee’s Performance.
