For decades, working five days a week has been the norm in employment culture, adopted across various industries for simplicity and efficiency. However, studies have discovered the detrimental effects of long work hours on work-life balance and productivity. This research seeks to explore employee attitudes toward implementing a four-day workweek schedule. Especially employees in BPO Industries. Understanding these perspectives aims to identify a work schedule that prioritizes employees' convenience and maximizes productivity. This study will employ a survey research approach of 50 participants and quantitative data will be collected through a validated questionnaire using the Likert scale as the primary data collection method. After reviewing the findings, the results indicate that there was no substantial evidence to support the notion that BPO employees are willing enough to implement a 4-day workweek schedule scheme.en_US
