Work environment and employee's performance of fast-food chains in Tagum City

Abstract

The Working Environment plays an important function in the Performance of Employees. This study was conducted to determine the level of Working Environment and Employees Performance of Fast-Food Chains in Tagum City. Moreover, to determine the significant relationship between the level of Working Environment and Employees Performance of Fast-Food Chains in Tagum City and to determine the domains in Working Environment that significantly influence Employee’s Performance. The total number of respondents involved in the online survey were 132 employees of Fast-food Chains in Tagum City. This research uses a quantitative, non-experimental research design using a correlation technique. Mean, Pearson (r) and multiple regression analysis was used as statistical tools for the data analysis. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between Working Environment and Employees Performance. Lastly, the domains in Working Environment significantly influence Employee’s Performance.
