Abstract
Internal marketing helps to develop the performance of the employee and satisfied their needs in order to perform their task well. The main intent of this study is to determine the influence of internal marketing to the employee performance among selected resorts in Tagum City. More specifically, this study seeks to answers the following objectives to determine the level of Internal Marketing in terms of Employee Satisfaction Phase, Customer Orientation Phase and, Strategy Implementation/ Change Management Phase. To determine the level of Employee Performance in terms of Timeliness, Attention to detail, Ability to Perform in all key areas of role, Consistency and Initiative. To determine the significant relationship, exist between the level of Internal Marketing and Employee Performance. To determine which domain of Internal Marketing significantly influence employee performance. Quantitative non-experimental design using the correlation technique method of research was used in this study. Mean, Pearson (r), and Multiple Regression Analysis was used as statistical tools for the data analysis. Convenience sampling was used to determine the respondents of this study who were the 200 customers among resorts in Tagum City that have visited these resorts and have become customers. The findings of the study show that the level of internal marketing to the employee performance among resorts in Tagum City was high. Lastly, there is significant relationship between the levels of internal marketing and employee performance.
