dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study is to examine the relationship between coaching strategies and team cohesion among 100 varsity students. Descriptive correlation method of research was used with the adopted and modified questionnaires. The statistical tools used in this study were the mean and the Pearson’s product-moment correlation. Research findings revealed that the extent of use of coaching strategies of coaches was very high, the frequency of team cohesion was very high and that there was a significant relationship between coaching strategies and team cohesion.
