LEADERSHIP STYLE AND ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR OF EMPLOYEES OF IGACOS WATER DISCTRICT
Abstract
Thestudy of Leadership style and organizational behavior of employees of IGACOS Water District were conducted to determine the leadership style and organizational behavior of IGACOS water district. Thestudyaimstodeterminetheleadership style of the employees of IGACOS water district. The study was a quantitative descriptive correlational research design. The statistical tools used in the study were mean and Pearson r. The data was gathered through the use of survey questionnaires and was distributed to 30 regular employees in the Water District. The result showed that the leadership style generated an a high meanscoreandshowsthattheitems werefairlyevident,while organizational behavior had a high mean score and shows that the items are very evident. Moreover, there was a significant relationship between leadership style and organizational behavior. To make employees be confident and motivated, the Management or the organization must continue and enhance what their strategy is so that the employee will surely active and motivated in theorganization.
