ENROLMENT ON MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING (MLM) IN BABAK DISTRICTISLAND GARDEN CITY OF SAMAL

Abstract

This study focuses on an individual’s decision making in joining Multi-level Marketing business when analyzed according to their demographic profiles. Enrolment on multi-level marketing business includes the following: gender, marital status, ethnic group, educational level, profession, age group, and monthly income. The study then assessed and evaluated who will be joining the multi-level marketing business. This study's statistical tools displayed were mean, frequency, percentage, t-test, and ANOVA. The data gathered through the use of a descriptive survey questionnaire distributed to 400 members of multi-level marketing business in Babak District. The result showed the apparent reality of networking which more married Samalnon female enrolled in multi-level marketing business ages between 19-30 years old who finished high school at least and those who are earning 11,000 to 15,000 pesos – these individuals are those who do not want to settle in one particular job but to explore what has the market in store for them. If it offers them greener pastures and an opportunity to probably grow apart from what they had been doing in the past, they will get themselves involve.
