dc.description.abstractTheemployee and customer have a significant role in the business industry. The study assessed the level of employee engagement and customer satisfaction on the Money Mall Rural Bank Island Garden City of Samal. The statistical tools employed were descriptive statistics specifically mean and standard deviation through the use of SPSS software. The data was gathered using survey questionnaires distributed to 23 employees and 200 customers in Money Mall Rural Bank of Island Garden City of Samal. Results showed that all indicator in employee engagement and customer satisfaction are reached the very high mean score which presented that the employee engagement and customer satisfaction of employee and customer are very high in Money Mall Rural Bank.en_US
