The study Competitiveness and Customer Preference of Wings and Tea
Snack House in the Babak District Island Garden City of Samal was conducted
to determine the level of competitiveness and customer preference. The study
used a quantitative descriptive correlational research design. Pearson product
coefficient and mean were used to analyze the data. The data was gathered
through a survey questionnaire and distributed to 100-200 Wings and Tea
Snack House customers. The result showed that the level of competitiveness
in service quality generated a very high mean score and showed that
customers are very satisfied. While in the level of customer preference in
terms of availability and taste had a high mean score and shows that the
preference of customers is evident. Moreover, there was a significant
relationship between competitiveness and customers' preference for Wings
and Tea snack house. To satisfy customers, Wings and Tea owners must
maintain and continue the food quality to have good feedback and to increase
the demand.
