dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to survey the perception of customers towards food carts of Samal Central Warehouse Club in 2022. Descriptive research involves gathering data to test and answer a hypothesis, while also describing the situation as it exists at the time of the study. The target number of 50 respondents was determined using purposive sampling and quota sampling. The researchers used fully adopted questionnaires from a good source as the instrument for this study. Items on the questionnaire were based on indicators and the preliminary draft was submitted to the thesis adviser for corrections. After the distribution of questionnaires, it was personally collected by the researchers for the research study. Customers at Samal Central Warehouse Club had a high level of perception, with consumers between the ages of 41 and 50 having a more favorable opinion of food carts. There was no statistically significant difference in perception between male and female clients, while customers aged 21 to 40 had the lowest mean and significant difference. Owners of food carts at Samal Central Warehouse club should enhance customer service and create efficient marketing plans to appeal to clients between the ages of 21 and 40. To validate customers' perception of food carts, future researchers should carry out further study. | en_US |
