Employees Perspective on the Risk Management of Tagum Cooperatives In Island Garden City of Samal

The study was conducted to determine the significant difference in the
level of risk management when categorized according to demographic profile
among 30 employees. The type of research design that was employed in this
study is quantitative descriptive study. The statistical used in this study were
Frequency, Percentage, Weighted Mean and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).
Based on the data gathered, the researchers found out that the level of risk
management of Tagum Cooperatives is very high. They also found out that there
is no significant difference in the level of risk management when categorized
according to demographic profile. As a result, when individuals are compared
based on age, employment status, and years of employment, there is no
significant different in the risk management. We recommend to the employees of
Tagum Cooperatives to continue managing and reducing risk in their firm and
they should have suitable risk management and risk termination procedures in
place for when things go wrong
