Extrajudicial killings of suspected illegal drug personalities: The Peoples’ perception

Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the level of extra judicial killing of suspected illegal drug personalities: the peoples’ perception. The researchers aim to determine the significant difference in peoples’ perception on level extra judicial killing of suspected illegal drug personalities were analyzed. The study conducted using a descriptive-correlation method to determine the level of peoples’ perception on level extrajudicial killings. The study resulted data and findings to determine the level of extra judicial killing of suspected illegal drug personalities; the peoples; perception on extrajudicial killings of suspected illegal drug personality gained a moderate status and the analysis further shows that there is no significant difference in peoples’ perception and extra judicial killing of suspected illegal drug personality when analyzed according to gender. On the other hand, the analysis further shows that there is a significant difference in peoples’ perception and extra judicial killing of suspected illegal drug personalities when analyzed according to age and educational attainment. Based on the findings and conclusion, Lastly, it is highly recommended that there must be a dynamic and profound anti-drug campaign to fully prevent illegal drug activities so that there will be no more victims of level extra judicial killings. This study lays the basis for future studies by providing a description of peoples’ perception on extrajudicial killings.
