The study's respondents are a logistics company's one hundred ninety-nine (199) employees. An adapted survey questionnaire validated by a panel of experts was used in gathering the data, and the result revealed that there was a high level of leadership style and morale among the employees of the logistics company. There was a significant relationship between leadership style and employee morale. Further, it was also revealed that autocratic and laissez-faire leadership styles significantly influenced the employees' morale. The employee morale grew to a greater extent as the more frequently the leadership styles were used. The researchers recommended that the managers and leaders should use a combination of authoritative leadership and laizzes-faire leadership as a core managerial strategy in the organization, and future researchers, they must have a basic understanding of the particular styles of leadership that are appropriate for a given organization or industry to evaluate the employee.en_US
