Thestudywas conducted to determine the level of financial behavior and well- being ofjob order employees of local government unit (LGU) in City Hall, Island GardenCity of Samal. The study is a quantitativedescriptive correlational research design. Thus, the statistical tools used in the studywere mean and Pearson r. The data were gathered using surveyquestionnaires and was distributed to 278 job order employees in the City Hall of Samal. The result showed that the financial behavior of employees generated ahighmeanscoreandshowsthattheitems wereoftentimes manifested,alsowell- being had a high mean score and shows that the items are oftentimes observed.Moreover, there is significant relationship between financial behaviorandwell- being.To enhance the perceived well-being of job order employees and financial behavior, job order employees may keep up their good financial behaviors, their financial stability and meet their financial goals
