FINANCIAL BEHAVIOR AMONG EMPLOYEES OF MICRO ENTERPRISES IN BABAK DISTRICT, ISLAND GARDEN CITY OF SAMAL.
Abstract
The study Financial Behavior among Employees of Microenterprises in Babak District, Island Garden City of Samal, was conducted to determine the level of financial behavior among employees of micro-enterprises in Babak District, Island Garden City of Samal. Through the study, the researchers could analyze, evaluate, organize, and gather the data accordingly. The study was a quantitative descriptive correlation research design. The statistical tools used in the interpretation data were mean and Pearson r. The data was gathered through the use of survey questionnaires and was distributed randomly to 100 employees of microenterprises in Babak District. The results of the data led to rejection which stated there is a significant difference in financial behavior across microenterprises of different ages. Moreover, there is a significant difference in financial behavior concerning gender.
