The purpose of the study was to ascertain whether there was a significant relationship between customer retention and customer loyalty among 300 Yamaha 3S Motor Hub Corporation customers. The descriptive-correlational method was utilized in the non-experimental quantitative research design of this study. It aims to help answer the questions of who, what, when, where, and how associated with a particular research problem. In analyzing the data, weighted mean and Pearson product-moment correlation were used. Results revealed that the level of customer retention is very high, and customer loyalty is also very high. There was a significant relationship between customer retention and loyalty in Yamaha 3S Motor Hub Corporation. Nevertheless, customer retention of Yamaha 3S Motor Hub Corporation highly depends upon the level of customer loyalty.
