dc.description.abstractThe study intends to explore managers' experiences and coping strategies in implementing the business ethics of five credit cooperatives in the Island Garden City of Samal. The study employed a qualitative case study design, where 5 participants were chosen to participate in the in-depth interview to gather information. Thematic analysis was used to analyze the data. The findings revealed that managers implemented business ethics through the implementation of a code of conduct, experience as a trainer, having consequences for violations, and having consistent behavior of leaders. The findings also revealed the common issues, and coping strategies which are overdue debts, issues that arise with officers, and diplomacy is the key.
