Motorcycle accidents are some of the most severe and dangerous accidents on the road. This study was conducted for the awareness of the community to prevent and to lessen motorcycle accidents. This study used quantitative-descriptive design to determine the level of motorcycle accidents in Digos City when grouped according to sex, age, and fiscal year. This also aimed to design an intervention plan to minimize road accidents. The study used secondary data as source. It was found out that males whose ages ranging from 31-40 had the highest percentage of motorcycle accident victims and this happened in the year 2015. Based on the results, a road safety training course was design to minimize motorcycle road accidents. It is recommended that LTO will design more seminars and workshops to all driver’s license applicants.
