Awareness on Republic Act 10586 among licensed drivers of UM Digos College: basic for information campaign

Abstract

THIS study was conducted to determine the level of awareness on RA 10586 or also Know as Anti -drunk and Drugged Driving ACT among licensed drivers of UM Digos college. It used quantitative -descriptive research method with 240 participants who Are randomly selected. Based on the data gathered, it was found out that most of the Participants are highly aware on any of the provisions contained in RA 10586.It is Recommended that the UM Digos College must cooperate with the various agencies Of the government of digos City who are in charge and are designated for the Implementation of the traffic laws, especially the RA 10586. to conduct and facilitate Seminars regarding the traffic laws and safety measures that will raise full awareness Among students of the said school.
