The study aimed to determine the level of the common factors of juvenile delinquent acts and the significant difference of the level of common factors when analyzed by sex and year level. The participants of this study are the Criminology students of UM Digos College who were enrolled for the school year 2018-2019. This study utilized a quantitative method of research and used an adopted questionnaire. The results of the study showed that the level of common factors of juvenile delinquent act is low. Moreover, it was revealed that there is a significant difference on the level of common factors of juvenile delinquency when analyzed by sex. However, there is no significant difference on the level of common factors of juvenile delinquent acts when analyzed by year level. Thus, the researchers recommend that students and youth should attend seminars conducted by the school administration or by the government to know the common factors, causes and effects of juvenile delinquent acts. Through this, students and youth will gain knowledge about this issue and this may help in decreasing the number of minors who committed violence especially males.
