Implementation of curfew among minors and acceptance of residents in Barangay Aplaya

Abstract
The study aimed to determine the level of implementation of curfew on 390 Minors and non-minors in barangay Aplaya, Digos City year 2018 to 2019. The study used correlational-description method and a standardized -modified Questionnaire. Findings revealed that most of the participants are males, ages 18 to 24, single, and purok 10 and implementation of the curfew hours And its acceptance or participants towards implementation highly existed. Relationship between the levels of implementation of curfew to minors and the Participation of the residents is significant. It can be inferred that one cannot Restrict freedom immediately if one knows his constitutional rights, duties and obligations to the society. Moreover, resident know the rules and regulation about the curfew and its Barangay officials and workers help to promote curfew hours. Likewise, curfew hours Had been strictly regulated everyday any laws effective and efficient. Consequently, legal Sanction\penalties must be implemented when curfew is violated and that 10pm until 4am Is a reasonable curfew time, and does not cause teenagers to be rebellious. The Researchers recommended to continue the best practices in dealing with the implementation Of curfew and like be proactive, and establish long-term implementation and evaluation and Like planning, coordinating and integrating programs developments.
