The researchers believed that the ethical behavior of every police officer can create a very big impact to the welfare of the society. This study aimed to provide specific details about how well is the performance of police personnel in Digos City Police Station (DCPS) in order to have an evaluation if they are really doing their job or not. In checking the level of ethical behavior of the police personnel in Digos City Police Station. the following indicators were used: ethical promotion regulatory focus, ethical prevention regulatory focus, and employee self-rating of whistle-blowing intention. The result showed that the personnel of Digos City Police Station is doing quite good in their studies since it has been found that they are exhibiting the ethical behavior of the regulatory focuses almost at all times. It was also found out the researchers that the personnel are not fond on any whistle-blowing activities. The researchers recommended that in order to promote growth and ethical behavior among personnel in Digos City Police Station. They must maintain their attitude and their police ethics in order for them to have good and clean organization where people can rely on and become a good influence in the society. The police officers must have a clear goal as on why they oath to serve and to maintain the social welfare of the people in the society. The station must conduct whistle blowing examination quarterly in order to avoid whistle blowing activities, and they must provide more data related to those who committed whistle-blowing intention, and if there are personnel who commit whistle blowing to promote fairness.
