dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to determine the level of occupational stress, motivational factors and work performance of Non-commissioned police personnel. However, statistical tools that was used included frequency mean and Pearson I, with the 37 respective Non-commissioned police personnel. It was found out factors and work Non- commissioned police personnel agree that there is no significant difference on the occupational stress and motivational factors. Several recommendations were formulated by the researchers for Senior officer of Matanao police station must continue motivating their men for more performance as police personnel and also police personnel must continue to find more opportunities to give better services to the community. Lastly, the Pearson r approves the null hypothesis which stated that there is no significant difference on the level of occupational stress, motivational factors and work performance among the identified variables, leading to the acceptance of the hypothesis. This has indicated that there are other factors that may influence the level of occupational stress, motivational factors and work performance of Non- that the level of occupational stress, motivational performance was high.
