Service delivery of Digos City District Jail as perceived by its visitors

Abstract
This study aimed to determine the service delivery of Digos City District Jail. Further, in order to measure the service delivery of the said facility this has incorporated the search of the factors of service delivery, namely: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility. However, statistical tools that was used included frequency mean and Pearson r, with the 60 respective visitors in Digos City District Jail. It was found out that the service delivery of District Jail to Visitors was high. In addition, the results revealed that visitors agree that there is no significant difference on the service delivery. Several recommendations were formulated by the researchers for the facility to improve more their service delivery towards the visitors, it includes Digos City District Jail must be able to support visitors treatment through comfortable accommodation and assistance to build a harmonious relationship between visitors and the management of Digos City District Jail are highlighted that it could have more implications for future researches. Lastly, the Pearson r approves the null hypothesis which stated that there is no significant difference on the level of service delivery of Digos City District Jail among the identified variables, leading to the acceptance of the hypothesis. This has indicated that there are other factors that may influence the service delivery.
