Non-index crimes in Brgy Ceboza, Matanao, Davao del Sur fiscal year 2011-2016

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the most common non-index crimes recorded in Barangay Ceboza, Matanao, Davao del sur from 2011 to 2016 using a descriptive research method and secondary data extended from Matanao Police Station, Barangay Ceboza, Matanao, Davao del Sur. Findings revealed that from 2011-2016, most recorded non-index crime is on offenses against family and children; gambling with the lowest recorded incidence of occurrences and trends in committing non-index crimes are more on violations of special statutes, crimes against public order, crimes against property, and crimes against chastity. Trends in committing non-index crimes are more on property, and crimes against chastity.
