This study involved the secondary data taken from Sta. Cruz Police Station PNP. It employed the quantitative descriptive technique of studies to know the extent of unregistered vehicle and its relationship to traffic accidents. Ordinary - Least Squares (OLS) was used to determine the number of unregistered vehicle and its relationship to traffic accidents and it was found out that there is a significant relationship the number of unregistered vehicles and number of vehicles. It is recommended that, to lower and prevent the burden of road traffic injuries, education programs targeting especially young road users, drivers, riders, and pedestrian should be implemented. Second, no motor vehicles shall be used or operated or on upon public highway of the Philippines unless the same is properly registered for the current year. Third, it is recommended that the Municipality of Sta. Cruz shall pass a municipal ordinance regarding speed limits to decrease and prevent traffic accidents. Lastly, should be adopted by the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur through the Mayor’s Office and the Chief of Police of the Sta. Cruz Municipal Police Station for the deliberation of its significant findings for the improvement.
