This study aimed to determine the level of perceived causes of bullying, and the personality of the bullied. Furthermore, this study also aimed to examine the relationship between the two variables. It employed a correlation- descriptive method of research wherein an adopted validated questionnaire is administered to 225 participants. Result of the study revealed the following: (1) the perceived causes of bullying are moderately evident, with revenge seeking as the indicator with the highest mean. (2) The personality of the bullied is manifested sometimes with openness as the indicator with highest mean; and (3) statistical data further revealed that there is significant relationship between the perceived causes of bullying and personality of the bullied. The researchers recommends that the institution should strengthen its anti-bullying campaign, include the implementing rules and regulations of RA 10627 also known as the Anti Bullying Act of 2013 in the student handbook, and conduct series of counselling both on the bully and victim, and lastly to create a Child Protection Committee that will be the in - charge grievance on incident about bullying.
