dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to determine the level of effectiveness of patrol system a comparative assessment in Aplaya, Digos City in the year 2014-2017, and the comparative correlation between patrol system and the rate of crime in barangay Aplaya, Digos City in the year 2014-2017. The study used descriptive correlational method research design. Selection of respondents was done through random sampling and data were analyze using Pearson product - Moment Correlation. The result showed that the level of Patrol System is very high, level of percentage rate of crime/violation increases, and that there is significant relationship between effectiveness of patrol system and the crime rate in three fiscal year is significant. It can be inferred that different patrol system can immediately decrease crime. Moreover, residents know the rules and regulation about the patrol system and its barangay officials and workers help to promote crime prevention and crime suppression.en_US
