This study aimed to determined the student’s satisfaction of UM Digos College security personnel and to know their level of performance in dealing with students and customers. Quantitative method was used in the study. Survey questionnaires was given to the 337 participants from the different department of UM Digos College. Results shows that the overall satisfaction of students got a mean of 3.97, which means that the students agree to the performance of the security personnel. It is recommended to enhance more the performance and set an attributes that the institution should provide a quality workshop on its students. The school administration must engage their security staff in various seminars for the development of their knowledge and skills, and for the enhancement of their work performance. The security personnel must also possess various integrity, vigilance, training critical thinking, flexibility of role, physiological insight, respect, teamwork, alertness, honesty, physical fitness, good communication skills, and ability to serve client’s needs.
