For most schools, outlining procedures for school security and violence prevention has become a number one priority, it is in the context that the researchers conducted this study to further assess and evaluate the level of school security measures and violence prevention in UM Digos College. A quantitative design is employed in the conduct of this study that primarily focuses on descriptive and correlation type of research method by which the researchers personally administered questions to 336 students with permission from the school. The results revealed that the level of school security measures and violence prevention in UM Digos College were both high which implies that it was precisely implemented and well administered as what the participants observed p. Furthermore, the data disclosed a significant relationship between these variables suggesting that in every security measures employed, it reflects to the level of violence prevention of the institution. This likely creates a “peace of mind” to the school administrators, students, parents, faculty and staff by helping them to be more conscious about the security and their safety while inside the campus.
