dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to explore the ethical behaviors of pedicab drivers and the sentiments of their commuters. Respondents of this study include regular commuters, most of them students and professionals. Using the qualitative research design, the researchers of this study made use of interview as a method of data collection and thematic analysis for data interpretation. Results of this study shows variation of sentiments regarding the honesty, fairness, and responsibility of pedicab drivers. Favorable experiences met by the commuters include (1) they share their life experiences, (2) they ride without hesitation, (3) they can be trusted, (4) they give pieces of advice, and (5) they owned/ operate clean units. Unfavorable experiences on the other hand, include (1) they are reckless drivers, (2) they are rude, (3) they made passengers uncomfortable, and (4) they are not approachable. This study recommends further research on the subject especially focusing on the areas of handling commuter-related complaintsen_US
