Aims to establish the efficiency of building designs based on principles of proper electrical energy consumption (EEC) of selected schools in Davao City. Employs a descriptive method, and gathers data through actual observation. Compares the actual and standard loads of EEC among schools in terms of lighting, convenience outlet, ventilation/cooling systems, and reveals that they yield a low percentage of consumption, which is lesser than the allowable level. Likewise, the number of wattage consumed is directly proportional to floor area or size, and there is no significant difference in the EEC among selected schools.en_US
