dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine the moderating effect of self-regulation on the relationship between public service motivation and well-being of Philippine National Police Personnel among the three major cities in the Davao Province in Region XI. A validated researcher-made questionnaire was used in gathering the data from the 400 police personnel in Region XI. Correlational research design was employed, using mean, pearson r, hierarchical regression and mod graph. From the result of this study, it was found out, that self-regulation, has no significant moderating effect on the relationship between public service motivation and well-being of Philippine National Police Personnel. Police personnel who have higher and lower level of self-regulation demonstrated the same degree of well-being as influenced by public service motivation.
